Pasadena, CA Position Summary Organized and results-driven professional with strong experience in front desk operations, social media management, and customer service. Skilled at creating engaging digital content using Canva, managing social media platforms, coordinating appointments, and building strong client relationships. Billing the primary point of contact for patients, managing appointments, Medical Assistant to supporting clinic operations, and ensuring a seamless client experience from check-in to check-out.
Esthetician:
Performed facial and Hydrafacial treatments and skincare consultations Provided sales strategies for personalized skincare recommendations Assisted with scheduling, inventory, and practice organization
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience minimum 1 year in medical spa or cosmetic practice Familiarity with EMR systems Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Chinese) a plus
