This position is primarily focused on billing responsibilities but will require occasional coverage at the front desk. We are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and fluent in both English and Spanish to support our billing operations and provide excellent service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Medical Billing (Primary): Enter insurance and patient payments Review and follow up on unpaid claims and denials Process insurance appeals and manage correspondence Respond to billing inquiries from patients and insurance carriers Print, review, and distribute monthly patient statements Assist with end-of-month deposit reconciliation and reports

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in medical billing Proficient in medical coding, insurance processing, and EHR systems Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Strong communication and customer service abilities Willingness to fill in at the front desk as needed
