Position Summary As a Revenue Cycle Biller , you will play an integral role in delivering cost effective solutions for our patients by billing Home Infusion and DME claims and invoices to governmental and commercial insurance companies for reimbursement for our patients' insurance claims. In this role, you will ensure timely and accurate review and claim submission on all patient accounts subject to medical policies, escalate billing issues to leadership, and maintain timely communication with internal departments and external pharmacies. You will interface with insurance companies via web portal to check claim statuses, as well as submit initial or secondary bills to insurance companies, while maintaining quality and productivity requirements. To be successful in this role, you will utilize home infusion software, payer portals, and other systems, in addition to your critical thinking skills, to ensure a high quality of work. Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations (including billing, collections, credits, cash, etc.) 2+ years of experience in billing or collections for Home Infusion or Durable Medical Equipment ( DME ) claims. 2+ years of experience working with commercial insurance companies and/or governmental payers, including Medicare and Medicaid. Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency. Strong customer service skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Previous experience with healthcare billing and reimbursement systems, such as Epic, CPR+, and/or Caretend. Education High school diploma or GED. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $34.15 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
