This is not a "just get through the day" role. We're building a clinic where excellence, communication, urgency, and compassion set the standard. We're looking for someone who: Leads with professionalism and kindness Communicates clearly and proactively Takes ownership and solves problems Works efficiently and stays composed under pressure Truly cares about patients and their experience Responsibilities include: Patient triage and flow management Venipuncture and lab processing Medical scribing and documentation Prescription/chart coordination Patient communication and follow-up Experience with IV therapy, injections, PRP, or regenerative medicine is a plus.
