In this role, you will be the financial engine of the department—ensuring parts are always in stock, invoices are accurate, and insurance companies pay on time. If you know the auto glass industry inside and out, are an expert in Glass Biller , and have a track record of successfully tracking down accounts receivable, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Insurance Billing & Processing:

Manage the end-to-end insurance billing process. Submit accurate claims, navigate various insurance portals, and ensure seamless invoicing for all auto glass replacements and ADAS calibrations. Accounts Receivable (AR)

Management:

Proactively chase down outstanding payments. Follow up diligently with insurance networks and direct-pay customers to resolve disputes, minimize aging AR, and ensure the department gets paid.

Inventory Control & Ordering:

Oversee all glass and parts inventory. Build and maintain relationships with multiple vendors to source, price, and order windshields, moldings, and installation materials efficiently.

Software Management:

Utilize Glass Biller software daily as the central hub for creating work orders, managing customer profiles, and processing payments.

Operational Support:

Work closely with the Glass Foreman and installation team to ensure they have the exact parts needed for the day's scheduled dealership and mobile installs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in auto glass billing, invoicing, and insurance claims processing. Strong working knowledge of Glass Biller software. Expertise in navigating insurance networks (e.g., Safelite Solutions, Lynx Services) and understanding industry pricing (NAGS). Demonstrated success in Accounts Receivable (AR) and collections. Experience in inventory management, vendor relations, and parts ordering. Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
