Job Description

Maximum Healthcare Solutions is working with a Clinic in Chicago, IL seeking Charge Entry Representatives for a Direct Hire, Full-Time Role. Great pay-($19-23/hr!) Maximum Healthcare Solutions is offering a referral bonus of $250.00 per referral, paid after the candidate has reached 40 hours!!
Shifts:
Monday-Friday (8am to 4:30pm) Guaranteed hours per week
Requirements:
2 Years of experience Bilingual in Spanish Certification is not required but is a plus
System:
Medisoft and drchrono
Description:
Charge Entry Recording patient demographic details Capturing medical codes for services rendered Ensuring accuracy in charge amounts Adding patients to a verification log if verification was missed. Submitting charges for timely reimbursement Entering billing and insurance data into Medisoft system Computing fees and payments that clients owe Double check and cross reference the information in the EMR (drchrono) vs Medisoft.
