Position Summary:

The Medical Biller will be responsible for managing new patients, accounts receivable, billing, and handling phone inquiries. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and maintain new patient accounts Process billing for medical services rendered Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances Communicate with patients and insurance companies via phone and email Address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records

Requirements:

Strong multitasking and organizational skills Experience in medical billing is a plus, but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate Excellent communication and customer service skills Basic computer proficiency (knowledge of billing software is a plus) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
