Medical Biller

We are an Oncology & Hematology Clinic, seeking a full time or part time Medical Biller. Past experience in oncology field is a plus For this position, you must have past experience in posting payments, obtaining referrals, authorizations, and posting rejections. You must also be certified in Medical Billing with good computer skills and be a team player. The applicant must be reliable, self-sufficient and dependable. Prefer experienced biller with at least 3 yrs of billing experience'

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8 hours Responsibilities Verify insurance coverage and benefits, and follow up on unpaid claims. Process and submit medical claims accurately and timely using EHR systems and medical coding standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology, coding systems (ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT), and billing regulations. Utilize computer skills to manage patient billing information and generate reports.
