JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
This position supports the growth and operational strength of a home health organization by leading marketing initiatives, managing caregiver recruitment, and ensuring accurate billing and data-entry functions. The role develops strategic outreach efforts, builds strong relationships with referral sources and community partners, and maintains a steady pipeline of qualified caregivers. It also assists with data entry and the creation of key operational monthly reports. A commitment to accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality is essential, along with the ability to build relationships within the company and the community. Office/Clerical Accurately enters patient billing data, including visit charges and supply charges, into the information system. Accurately processes and bills, Medicaid, private payer and patient claims in accordance with payer requirements and organization policy. Assists in the preparation of monthly billing and accounts receivable reports. Maintains accurate Medicaid billing analysis reports. Maintains complete and accurate billing and accounts receivable records. Prepares Medicaid, private payer and patient remittances for data entry. Alerts appropriate management team members regarding late or missing documents required for billing. Assists with the collection of receivables by monitoring accounts receivables, resubmitting bills to overdue accounts, and alerting the billing manager of seriously overdue accounts. Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with patients, payers, and other customers. Maintains the confidentiality of patient and organization information at all times. Performs other specific projects relating to billing, data entry, and computer operations as required. Marketing Directs all daily marketing operations, overseeing the development, execution, and performance of all marketing and sales initiatives. Implements targeted marketing and promotional strategies to drive referral growth and meet budgeted performance metrics. Builds and sustains strong relationships with referral sources, payers, and community partners to expand market presence. Monitors brand perception among customers, payers, and the community while providing strategic leadership to identify service expansion opportunities and maintain competitive positioning. Recruiting Develops and executes targeted recruitment strategies to attract qualified caregivers through job boards, community partnerships, career fairs, social media, and referral programs. Maintains a robust pipeline of prospective caregivers by proactively identifying talent in local communities, training programs, and professional networks. Collaborates with scheduling, clinical, and administrative teams to understand staffing needs, forecast workforce demands, and prioritize urgent hiring requirements. Builds and sustains strong relationships with caregiver candidates, external partners, vocational schools, and community organizations to strengthen recruitment channels. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to establish relationships with customers and the community. Experience in health care marketing is a plus, but we will train.
