Treatment Coordinator - Redwood Dental of Shelby Are you a highly motivated and personable dental professional looking for a long-term career fit? Redwood Dental of Shelby is seeking an Experienced Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to join our team! Our friendly, patient-centered practice has been serving the community for over 10 years, fostering a family-like atmosphere for both our patients and team members. We are looking for someone who loves working with patients, has strong reception and customer service skills, and has a solid understanding of dental treatment coordination.

Job Description:
Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients Verify insurance and process claims Schedule and confirm appointments Manage patient accounts and phone inquiries Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure a seamless patient experience
Schedule:
Monday:
9:30am-6:30pm
Tuesday:
8:30am-5:30pm
Wednesday:
7:30am-4:30pm
Thursday:
9am-5:30pm Every other
Friday and Saturday:
7:30am-2:30pm
Requirements:
Must have 3+ years of Front Desk experience in dental field Must be organized, detail-oriented, and highly reliable A positive, professional demeanor with great communication skills
