This role is responsible for the follow-up and resolution of motor vehicle accident (No-Fault) claims, including insurance follow-up, denial management, appeals and coordination with attorneys Follow up on No-Fault (PIP) claims with insurance carriers Review & resolve denials and underpayments Prepare and submit appeals Identify policy exhaustion & transition accounts to attorney/lien status Communicate with attorneys regarding outstanding balances Maintain detailed and accurate account documentation Prioritize high balance and aging accounts Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Must have PIP knowledge/experience
