Immediate In-person Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Medical Biller to join our healthcare team in Dobbs Ferry, NY. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in medical billing and collections. This is a full-time, in-person role offering competitive pay and the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Submit claims to Insurance carriers, Medicare, Medicaid and Integra Partners. Review, track, and follow up on outstanding claims and denials. Contact insurance companies inquiring about outstanding claims. Submit formal appeals in writing and or via provider portals. Ensure timely and accurate billing and account reconciliation. Maintain daily task assignments. Follow up on outstanding receivables and task. Invoice patients for deductibles and co-insurance balances, make monthly telephone calls for past due accounts. Maintain compliance and credentialing with federal and state regulations with payer guidelines, and HIPAA. Collaborate with sales reps, physicians, clinical, administrative, and insurance representatives to resolve complex billing issues. Assist with credentialing new insurance companies with completion of EFT and ERA documentation.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in medical billing, preferably in DME Strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid billing procedures Proficient in billing software (e.g., Niko Health, Integra, Brightree, Kareo, or similar systems) Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through Excellent communication skills Must be available to work on-site in
