Ambulance Medical Pre-Biller

Pintler Billing Services is a rapidly growing Montana-based company, and we're looking for a Medical Pre‑Biller to join our dynamic, mission-driven team. In this role, you'll help ensure ambulance services are billed accurately and efficiently playing a critical part in supporting EMS professionals and the communities they serve. This role is ideal for driven individuals who excel under clear expectations. What You'll Do Review ambulance trip reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance Verify insurance coverage and payment sources Work with clients, patients, and insurance companies to solve billing issues Manage time-sensitive tasks in a structured workflow using multiple software systems What We're Looking For Strong computer skills (PC/Windows & basic office programs required; skills assessment required) Customer service experience in a professional office environment Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities A self-starter who collaborates well and can work independently when needed Medical billing, EMS, or HIPAA experience is preferred, not required —we'll train the right candidate Why Pintler Billing Services?
