Medical Biller

As a Medical Biller with AFC Physical Medicine & Chiropractic Centers, your work can have Purpose. You will support our clinics through managing the billing & ensuring that our providers are reimbursed for their services. About the

Role :

In this position attention to detail is important .You will be reviewing superbills and provider documentation for accuracy, completion, appropriateness of CPT and diagnosis codes & then entering the charges and submitting claims to the insurance carrier. Duties also include posting and reconciling all EOBs, ERAs and EFTs. You must be comfortable communicating on the phone & be able to problem solve. You will be researching and resolving all no-response, improperly paid and denied claims (this includes calling the insurance companies, utilizing their provider portals and requesting more info from the clinics when necessary). Basic computer skills are a must
