Job Description

Do you have exceptional organizational skills, computer proficiency, and experience with detail-oriented medical clerical work? We are actively seeking a Registration Representative to join our growing healthcare team! In this role, you will accurately enter patient and billing data from various documents according to company guidelines, while reviewing patient and insurance information to identify the correct coverage and financial codes. While one year of experience in charge entry is preferred, if you are ready to bring your clerical skills to a dynamic healthcare environment, we want to hear from you!
salary:
$14.99 - $15 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4:30

High SchoolResponsibilitiesData and Charge Entry:
You will input and update patient demographic details and medical charges into the system following the company s established procedures. Insurance Identification (FSC): You will review patient insurance cards and demographic information to accurately identify and assign the correct insurance company and financial coverage category.
Troubleshooting and Error Correction:
You will review error and edit messages in the system, determine what is causing the issue, and make the necessary corrections to keep the billing process moving smoothly.
System and Data Escalation:
You will keep your supervisor informed by quickly reporting any system glitches, technical malfunctions, or recurring problems caused by missing information or incorrect codes.
Team Support:
You will remain adaptable and take on other tasks or assignments as requested to support the department.
