Job Description:
Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a well-established law firm to hire a Calendar/Docket Clerk to support its litigation team. This role is critical in maintaining accurate case calendars and deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Calculate and calendar deadlines across state, federal, and appellate courts using docketing software. Review filings, correspondence, and e-filings to identify and record key dates. Maintain case and matter lists to ensure accurate calendar integration. Create and distribute calendar reports, including deadlines and hearing schedules. Respond to attorney and staff inquiries regarding calendaring issues. Ensure accuracy and consistency of all docket entries. Qualifications 2-4 years of law firm experience required. Strong knowledge of court rules, procedures, and legal terminology. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with docketing software (CompuLaw preferred). Ability to research court deadlines using online resources. Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
