Health and dental insurance Vision insurance 100% paid for by employer• 401K Paid time off Staff lunches once a month Growth Opportunities Thank you for applying Essential Functions Prepare post judgment documents in accordance with client and firm policies and procedure Request documentation from clients and courts or vendors Prepare assorted legal filings for state and federal courts File and follow up on court filings Communicate with staff and outside parties Accurately enter data into internal systems Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Experience with post- judgment enforcement Proficient in MS office applications with advanced Excel proficiency Strong work ethic (work performance and attendance) Must be accurate as well as efficient Must be able to work with minimal guidance to prioritize and handle multiple concurrent tasks Experience working in a high volume legal environment a plus Excellent verbal, written and organization skills Must possess motivation and drive to complete all assigned tasks by set deadlines.
