Tennis Shop Attendant

Tumble Brook Country Club is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Tennis Shop Attendant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a hospitality-focused environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist members and guests at the tennis courts with a warm, professional demeanor. Manage court reservations, equipment rentals, and accurately process fees. Answer incoming calls and provide helpful information regarding tennis programs and services. Enforce club rules and ensure proper use of facilities and equipment. Conduct daily inspections of courts and facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness. Support the maintenance team in keeping courts in top playing condition. Represent the club positively at local and regional tennis events when possible. Maintain a clean and organized tennis shop environment. Promote a culture of safety and service excellence.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in tennis operations, and customer service preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Demands:

Frequently stands, walks, uses hands; talks and hears, reaches with hands and arms, climbs, balances; stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls. Occasionally sits. Regularly lifts up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
