Job Description
The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, oral, written, excellent computer skills and organizational aptitude. Ability to multi-task is essential. Attention to detail and accuracy are required. Specific duties include, but are not limited to responding to inquiries from the public and helping attorneys and pro se parties. The person who fills this position will be required to work in all areas of probate. Primary focus will be Decedent's estate case files, Trust estates, scanning, filing, heavy public contact. The right candidate will have office/legal experience, a strong work ethic, a professional manner, compassion for people going through stressful situations and be a part of an excellent team. Two years of experience in the Probate Court system or related filed is required. College training may be substituted for the general experience. A Bachelors or law decree may be substituted. Hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. This is an
