Job Description

Job Description Berman Auto Group is expanding our corporate office team and is looking for a detail-oriented License & Title Clerk / Biller to join us. This role is essential to keeping our dealership operations running smoothly by ensuring vehicle deals are processed accurately and all title and registration paperwork is completed in full compliance with state requirements.

Lincolnwood, Niles, or Oak Lawn, IL
Training Location:
Oak Lawn, IL
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00
PM Pay:
$22-$25 per hour (based on experience)What You'll DoProcess and bill retail, lease, and wholesale vehicle dealsReview deal jackets for accuracy and completenessPost vehicle sales, trade-ins, warranties, and aftermarket productsPrepare and submit title and registration paperworkHandle title transfers, lien recordings, and duplicate titlesTrack and follow up on title work to ensure timely completionResolve discrepancies with lenders, customers, and state agenciesMaintain organized and accurate recordsSupport internal audits and month-end accounting tasksCollaborate with Sales, Finance, and Accounting teamsCommunicate missing or incorrect documentation to the appropriate partiesWhat We OfferCompetitive paid time offMultiple low-cost medical plan optionsAffordable dental, vision, and life insuranceShort-term and long-term disability coverageFully paid training401(k) planEmployee discounts on vehicles, parts, and serviceClear career growth opportunities within the organizationQualificationsPrevious automotive dealership billing and title experience (required)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple deals and meet deadlinesAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
