Job Description
Job Description Experience:
- L&T experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Verify & process L&T Paperwork for retail & lease vehicles
- Maintenance of vehicle titles
- Resolve L&T issues as they arise in a timely and efficient manner
- Review & reconcile L&T schedules
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate paperwork
- Cashier sales and service customers as needed
Skills:
- Proficient in 10-key typing for data entry purposes
- Knowledge of accounting principals
- Familiarity with accounting software (DealerTrack, IADA, IL SoS)
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and vendors
- Ability to analyze data and identify/correct errors or discrepancies
- Detail-oriented mindset to accurately manage accounts
- Positive attitude and team-work skills
