Job Description

Election Assistants support the City Clerk in the planning, administration, and execution of various duties in connection with the local, county, state, and national elections. This recruitment will be used to establish an eligibility list for the 2026 election cycle to fill multiple temporary Elections Assistant positions, which may include a combination of full-time and part-time roles (anticipated to include up to two full-time and/or up to four part-time positions). Final position allocation may be adjusted at the discretion of the City based on operational needs and the applicant pool. Work schedules will vary depending on assignment. These positions will be open until filled; priority candidate consideration is based on the following application dates:
