Job Description
Maintain the administrative documents for the Nursing Department. Schedule and set up client appointments, transportation, lab services and x-ray services. Assist with weights and restorative for clients. Maintain the phone services for the nursing department and communicate to DON and or designee Physician/NP/Psychiatrist/Dentist/etc. schedules and orders. Prefer LPN Days M-F #LRSJ
