Client Overview Our client, a large residential real estate organization, is seeking a detail-oriented Residential Legal Representative to join their Lease Enforcement team based in Corona, Queens. This role is ideal for someone interested in real estate operations, legal support, lease enforcement, and tenant relations within a fast-paced property management environment. Salary/Hourly Rate $24/hr Position Overview The Residential Legal Representative will support lease enforcement operations, housing court matters, and tenant account management while serving as a liaison between tenants, property management, and legal counsel. This role combines administrative, legal, and bookkeeping-related responsibilities and requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and professionalism. Candidates must be comfortable working fully onsite in Corona, Queens (LeFrak City) and attending court appearances as needed. Responsibilities Of The Residential Legal Representative Process rent payments and manage tenant account activity related to legal matters. Respond to tenant inquiries and assist with lease enforcement issues. Review arrears reports and initiate appropriate legal action. Coordinate evictions, including scheduling marshals and movers. Track court cases, stipulations, warrants, and legal deadlines. Communicate regularly with attorneys regarding housing court cases. Maintain accurate records and updates in Yardi or similar systems. Prepare audits and accounting-related documentation for court or tenant requests. Notify property management of violations, repairs, and case developments. Monitor compliance with court agreements and payment plans. Support additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned. Required Experience/Skills For The Residential Legal Representative Strong organizational, bookkeeping, and administrative skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). Ability to work independently and manage a heavy workload. Must be comfortable working fully onsite in Corona, Queens (LeFrak City). Preferred Experience/Skills For The Residential Legal Representative Experience or interest in real estate, lease enforcement, legal support, or property management. Familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar property management systems. Experience handling tenant-facing responsibilities or court-related documentation.
