Logan, OH 43138 (In-person) Position Summary The Express Technician will perform essential vehicle maintenance services including lube, oil, filter changes, and multipoint inspections. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and adherence to ethical and safety standards. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Perform lube, oil, filter, and multi-point service to ensure accurate vehicle diagnoses and optimal performance. Identify and communicate any additional necessary vehicle repairs or services to management. Deliver consistent, high-quality services and maintain clean vehicles throughout servicing. Maintain a clean, safe work environment while complying with OSHA and EPA regulations. Provide excellent customer service through prompt communication and accurate service delivery. Support and train other employees to promote team success. Exemplify professionalism, integrity, and positive attitude in all interactions and duties. Adhere strictly to dealership policies, ethical standards, and safety protocols. Work Environment This position is based in a shop environment with exposure to noise, dust, odors, fumes, chemicals, and varying weather conditions. Job Requirements:

Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is recommended but not required. Minimum of one year experience as a technician's assistant or apprentice. Valid driver's license and a Motor Vehicle Record in compliance with company policy. Local state inspection license preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to work in a shop environment exposed to noise, dust, odors, fumes, chemicals, and adhesives. Capable of lifting at least 100 pounds. Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate tools and controls. Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Must safely operate equipment and move vehicles within the work environment.
