N/A Job Summary:
To perform a variety of specialized departmental clerical duties and responsibilities within the assigned department.
Essential Job Functions:
Assists in the selection of criminal juries. Distribute, docket in computerized case management system, scan, and file all correspondence and documents filed with the department. Answers telephone and takes messages or transfers calls to proper individuals. Greets and assists the public by taking or providing information, receiving payments or directing them to proper locations. Prepares and processes required department documents, forms and reports as required. Operates computer, scanner, copier and other office equipment as needed. Expunges cases when ordered by the Court. Completes work produced by the assigned Judge. Attends in person or zoom criminal court proceedings in assigned courtroom to include gathering and dissemination of data for other departments and criminal justice agencies regarding the outcomes. Attends meetings and/or training sessions as required. Performs other job-related duties as required. Minimum Requirements to Perform the

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent plus some additional secretarial and computer training.
Work Experience:
3-5 years working experience in an office setting and with the public preferred. Proficient in data entry/typing. Legal experience a plus.
