Job Overview:
Under supervision of Nurse or Pharmacist, assist with the completion of paperwork including consent forms and patient insurance during vaccination clinics in long term care communities across the midlands and throughout the state. May be required to travel and drive company van. Duties and Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to: Complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Providing excellent customer service to patients, health care providers, and insurers Maintaining accurate patient and client profiles Maintaining and cleaning equipment, work areas, and shelves
Qualifications and Education:
At least 18 years of age (verify what state board requires)verify what state High school diploma or equivalency (verify what state board requires) Not on the Officer of Inspector General Excluded Parties List No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
