A Deputy Clerk is a deputized officer of the Chancery Court and is charged with upholding the local rules of that court, the statues of the State of Tennessee, and the Constitution of the United States without prejudice, partiality or favor. A Deputy Clerk reports to and is supervised by the Chief Deputy Clerk and the Clerk and Master.
