This role requires a skilled, efficient, and dependable assistant who can support the doctor and team in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Requirements (Must Meet to Apply): Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the state of Texas Minimum of 2 years of experience in general dentistry Strong clinical and chairside assisting skills Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization protocols

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the doctor chairside during general dental procedures Prepare and break down operatories Ensure proper sterilization and infection control protocols Take digital X-rays Assist with impressions, scans, and lab case preparation Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation Manage instruments and supplies efficiently Provide excellent patient care and communication Support overall clinical flow and efficiency
