Job Description

Overview We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk. The ideal candidate will lead the front desk team, ensure exceptional guest service, and maintain efficiency with communication, Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise front desk staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally Oversee check-in and check-out processes and reception activities Maintain records, reservations, and appointment systems accurately Monitor front office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, or other departments as needed Handle billing, payments, and financial reporting related to front desk operations Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards Requirements 2 years of front desk experience Experience managing teams of 5 of more Excellent communication and customer service abilities under pressure Proficiency in excel, Office and management systems (Opera, BOB) Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays. if needed What We Offer Competitive salary Medical, Vision, Dental benefits Paid time off Opportunities for career growth and advancement Supportive and professional work environment
