Full Job Description About Us:
ReSpace Construction AK LLC is a bathroom remodeling company operating in Anchorage and surrounding areas. We are looking for an organized and reliable Sales Manager / Office Manager to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct on-site client consultations and measurements for bathroom remodeling projects. Develop technical project layout documentation. Prepare labor and material estimates. Manage leads and track customer status within the Company's CRM system. Maintain communication with clients from initial contact to contract signing. Handle daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
• Experience in construction sales, estimating, or office management. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to use estimating software, CRM systems, and mobile apps. Highly organized and capable of working independently. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for site visits in Anchorage and nearby cities.
Compensation:
• Hourly base pay + commission bonuses for signed contracts Mileage reimbursement for business travel.
Pay:
$44,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
