Job Description

At Quality Outdoor, we have been providing top-notch billboard advertising solutions in Cullman since 1985. Our dedication to excellence and exceptional customer service has made us a leader in the industry.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager/Bookkeeper. This full-time role is perfect for someone eager to grow with us and contribute to our success for many years to come.
Position Overview:
Office Manager and Bookkeeper who also has some graphic design experience is plus. The ideal candidate will maintain our daily financial records and office operations. This role requires exceptional organization and attention to detail.
Key ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping:
Process accounts payable/receivable, reconcile bank statements, and perform data entry in QuickBooks and spreadsheets.
Office Support:
Handling phone calls, ordering, maintaining digital or physical records, and assisting with payroll.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as an office assistant, bookkeeper, or similar role.

Proficiency in accounting software Quickbooks.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Knowledge of graphic design software Adobe Photoshop is a bonus.

Strong communication for client interaction and organizational skills.

Experience with accounts payable and receivable.

Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentAssist with basic payroll processing and tracking, and provide data for annual tax preparation.
