Job Description

Job Overview Vishram Management Group is seeking a strong, organized, and results-driven Office Manager to lead our office team while supporting accountability across multiple business locations. This role is ideal for someone who can manage internal office staff, coordinate with field/store managers, follow up on deadlines, solve daily operational issues, and ensure tasks are completed companywide. You must be confident, professional, detail-oriented, and able to hold people accountable while maintaining a productive work environment. Key Responsibilities Office Team Management Supervise daily office staff workflow and productivity. Assign tasks and ensure deadlines are met. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional standards. Train and coach office employees. Build an organized and efficient office culture. Field Manager Accountability Follow up with store/location managers on reports, staffing, deadlines, and pending tasks. Ensure managers complete required paperwork and daily responsibilities. Track unresolved issues and push for timely closure. Escalate repeated failures or non-performance to leadership. Maintain accountability systems across multiple locations. Business Operations Support Coordinate office support for stores and field operations. Assist with staffing shortages, scheduling issues, maintenance requests, and operational needs. Ensure communication between office and field teams stays smooth. Email & Communication Management Manage company email flow and respond professionally. Communicate with employees, vendors, applicants, and managers. Prioritize urgent matters and keep leadership informed. HR / Payroll / Compliance Support Support hiring coordination and onboarding. Organize timesheets and payroll inputs. Maintain records, permits, and compliance files. Reporting Send daily updates to leadership. Prepare weekly accountability reports on managers and teams. Maintain task trackers and pending issue lists. Qualifications Prior office manager, operations manager, or administrative leadership experience preferred. Strong leadership personality with confidence. Ability to hold others accountable professionally. Excellent organization and multitasking skills. Strong communication skills. Computer skills (Excel, email, reporting systems). Experience managing multiple moving parts.
