Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the business office team, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Coordinate and maintain accurate and timely financial records, invoices, and billing processes Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures Develop and implement effective office procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and productivity Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff members Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous growth and improvement

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or a related field preferred Experience in a business office setting; healthcare experience a plus Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new software and systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and staff members
