Build a Culture. Make an Impact. We are a growing ophthalmology and optometry practice seeking a strong, hands-on Office Manager to lead our Montgomery, Alabama location. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who enjoys building teams, improving culture, and helping staff succeed. We are looking for a leader who can create structure, accountability, professionalism, and a positive work environment while supporting excellent patient care. This is not a sit-behind-the-desk management position. The right person will be visible, engaged, approachable, and comfortable leading through change in a fast-paced office environment. Healthcare experience is helpful, but we are open to strong leaders from other service-based industries with proven experience managing teams, improving operations, and developing employees.
