Job Overview We are seeking an organized Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team! This vital role combines administrative leadership with financial oversight, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment while managing essential bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess a proactive attitude to keep our office running efficiently and accurately. You will handle day-to-day administrative duties, and maintain precise financial records. Responsibilities Oversee office management tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and maintaining organized records Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping duties including invoicing, expense tracking, bank reconciliations, financial reporting and payroll Assist with clerical tasks such as typing correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and supporting administrative projects Provide customer support via phone or email, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries and internal requests Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Google Workspace applications Demonstrated bookkeeping skills including data entry, invoicing, and basic accounting practices Excellent communication skills with strong phone etiquette Strong attention to detail for proofreading, filing, and maintaining accurate records Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment Join us in creating an energetic workplace where your organizational talents and financial expertise help us thrive!
