Full Job Description Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized professional to serve in a dual role as Office Manager and Inside Sales Agent (ISA) . This hybrid position is vital to the success of our team—ensuring smooth daily operations while driving business growth through lead generation and appointment setting. As the ISA, this individual will actively prospect, nurture, and follow up with leads. All closings resulting from the ISA's lead efforts will be eligible for an additional referral fee . A valid Alabama real estate license is required for the ISA part of the position or must be obtained within the first 60 days of employment.Key Responsibilities:
Office Manager Duties:
Open office every morning (lights on, music on, etc.) Prepare office for team meetings, tv on, team meeting slideshow pulled up Greet clients at front desk Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative systems Maintain office supplies, calendars, and vendor communications Assist with planning meetings, events, and team trainings Track and report key performance indicators to leadership Provide general support to agents and leadership as needed Managing intern schedules, time off requests and communication with agents Close office every afternoon (lights off, music off, etc.) Inside Sales Agent (ISA)Duties:
Make daily outbound calls to database leads and incoming inquiries Qualify leads and set appointments for team agents Maintain detailed lead records and follow-up tasks within CRM (BoomTown) Use proven scripts and follow-up plans to maximize conversion Collaborate with agents to track lead progress and appointment results Earn a referral fee on any lead that closes with the team procured by the ISA Maintain and renew an active Alabama real estate licenseQualifications:
Real estate license (or ability to obtain within 60 days) Prior experience in real estate operations or sales preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and engaging with leads Familiarity with CRM systems like BoomTown, Dotloop, and Sisu is a plus Positive, professional attitude with a team-first mentalityJob Type:
