Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, reliable, and self-motivated Office Manager to join our towing and recovery team. This position oversees daily administrative operations, maintains accurate records, manages accounts receivable/payable, supports dispatch and field operations, and provides excellent customer service and phone communication. This is the ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and can maintain professionalism while managing multiple responsibilities. Qualified candidates must be highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently, operate in accordance with established procedures and company expectations, and communicate professionally with management, co-workers, customers, law enforcement, and vendors. This is a hands-on, operational role that requires urgency, accountability, professionalism, and strong problem-solving skills. Successful candidates must have a strong work-ethic, remain composed under pressure, and demonstrate integrity, sound judgment, and resilience. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and administrative workflow, including payroll and bill payment Answer phones and assist customers professionally and efficiently Coordinate with dispatch and drivers regarding jobs, paperwork, and scheduling Maintain towing, impound, and release records accurately Handle invoicing, payments, accounts receivable/payable, and deposits Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and operational documentation Manage insurance, lien, title, and abandoned vehicle paperwork Maintain filing systems and ensure regulatory compliance Oversee office supply inventory and vendor relationships Assist ownership/management with operational support and special projects Oversee contract labor projects and ensure compliance with safety standards and licensing requirements. Qualifications Previous office management or administrative experience required Experience in towing, transportation, logistics, impound, or automotive industry preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace / office software Experience with QuickBooks or accounting software preferred Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Strong work ethic, integrity, resilience, and sound judgment Benefits Competitive Pay (Based on Experience) Paid Time Off Various insurance policies Supportive Team Environment Schedule Expectations Office hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief summary of your relevant experience to: mandmwreckerservice@yahoo.com Join a team where organization, urgency, and professionalism keep operations moving 24/7.
