Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, coordinate administrative functions, and support our team's success. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead administrative efforts, streamline processes, and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations, including front desk duties and multi-line phone systems, ensuring excellent communication and customer service. Oversee scheduling staff, equipment, and project timelines to optimize productivity. Organize filing systems, manage human resources tasks such as employee records and onboarding processes. Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and other special functions to foster team spirit and community engagement. Experience Proven experience in an office or administrative setting with strong leadership skills. Extensive office experience with proficiency in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management. Demonstrated excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and organizational skills.
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
