Job Description

Company Overview Core Media Solutions is a provider of telecommunications, broadband, and cable television fulfillment solutions. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence to our clients across the industry. Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator at Core Media Solutions you would be responsible for: Answering emails and general inquiries. Actively sort and compile daily work orders. Assist with the creation of daily work order files for the Field Technicians. Track work order tickets and 811 locates. Update additional databases, spreadsheets, and other forms using Microsoft Word and Excel. Complete other administrative tasks as necessary. Schedule Monday to Friday - 6 am to 2:30 pm Requirements Strong experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong multitasking and organizational skills. Previous experience in an administrative role. Excellent communication skills. Detail oriented. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Preferred Skills Background in underground construction Bilingual Arizona 811 and permitting Familiarity with Smartsheet Benefits Medical & Dental Benefits Available 401k With Company Matching Available Over 80 Hours PTO Available per Year Must be able to Pass a 9 Panel Drug Screen Pass an
Extensive Background Check Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
