What You'll Be Doing:

Welcoming clients with warmth and professionalism Managing scheduling, phones, emails, and the occasional "where did that fax go?" mystery Keeping our office organized and running like a well-oiled (and kind-hearted) machine Supporting our therapists so they can focus on what they do best: helping people heal

What We're Looking For:

A friendly, proactive people-person who's detail-oriented and tech-savvy Someone who can juggle tasks with grace, handle sensitive info with confidentiality, and keep calm in the occasional storm Experience in admin or front office work (bonus if it's in a healthcare or therapy setting) A sense of humor and a can-do attitude are musts—we laugh a lot around here!
