Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events for a rapidly growing company in the North Valley. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, managing administrative teams, help (HR, Accounting and Operations) with timecards, meetings, scheduling, interviews, reporting, billings, and vendor management. Expertise in contracts is highly regarded. Responsibilities Coordinate and organize office activities Oversee stock of office supplies Greet visitors at office Coordinate inbound and outbound reporting, email and scheduling Support HR, Accounting and Operations on projects and ensure the field employees have what they need Qualifications Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Strong communication skills Strong ability to multitask Friendly and upbeat demeanor
