This is not a typical administrative position. It is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, positively impact the lives of patients, and play an important role in the growth of a specialty healthcare practice. As the first point of contact for many patients, you will help create a welcoming, supportive experience from the very first phone call through their course of care. You will also assist with community outreach, marketing initiatives, and referral relationships that help connect more people with the specialized care they need. The office administrator serves as the welcoming face of the practice while helping ensure smooth daily operations and supporting the continued growth of the clinic. Candidate should strongly possess the following: Self-starter that excels in project and time management, including clinic operations, schedule management and client communications. Dependable, punctual and reliable team member. Problem-solver, flexible and works well in dynamic environment. Naturally outgoing and relationship-oriented, with confidence connecting with healthcare providers, community partners, and referral sources. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the practice professionally both in person and online.
Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma or higher. Minimum 1 year customer service experience. Able to navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously. Proficient in One Drive and Google Workspace. Commitment to creating an ideal customer service experience and ability to professionally communicate at all times. Able to take patient information, fax, manage email communications and feel comfortable on the phone.
