Business Office Manager, medical equipment company (I-17 and Pinnacle Peak) Multiple positions available Busy medical equipment company (DME) located in North Phoenix (101 and I-17) seeking full-time business office managers. Summary Actively participate in and manage complete revenue cycle management process. Oversee day-to-day administrative and financial operations of medical equipment rental business, including accounts receivable, billing, patient records, staff scheduling, and payroll.
Key responsibilities:
RCM daily management Manage daily operations, including staff supervision. Ensure accurate, timely billing, collections, and financial reporting. Manage Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance claims. Continual follow through of accounts receivable Employee payroll Manage staff scheduling Employee record maintenance
Qualifications:
Experience:
1+ years of actual management experience in DME, healthcare office management, or medical billing.
Skills:
DME experience preferred Brightree and QuickBooks experience preferred but not required.
Complete RCM process:
electronic claims submission, prior authorization, HCPC and modifiers, denials, appeals, copays, monthly procurement and active management of medical necessity documentation, EOBs, ICD 10, and CPT. Experience with commercial insurance plans, Medicare, Medicaid Full time, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. No overtime or weekends. Starting pay $27/hour DOE.
