POSITION PURPOSE
As the Front Office Staff at our corporate office, you will be supporting the Team to contribute to the success of the program and create and support stable relationships between members and staff. In the role of Front Office Staff, you will be your region's primary point of contact and responsible for all related duties, including clerical work, phone calls, and office management. This position reports to our Phoenix office, conveniently located off the 51 freeway (16th St and Glendale Ave) Monday-Friday, 8a-5p.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Works collaboratively within a team setting to provide positive patient outcomes. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Creates memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents when necessary. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude in providing customer service and quality care. Making outbound calls to members. Accurately enters and retrieves members' data into the appropriate system. Maintains the inventory of office and program supplies. Completes general office duties. Support field staff when applicable. Receives packages. Sorts, stores, and organizes materials. Acts as support staff for backup coverage. Supports field staff when applicable. Additional duties as assigned.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Word and Outlook, with exceptional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask . Identify and resolve problems in efficient and effective ways. Ability to manage sensitive information in a confidential manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Diligence and accuracy. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Adapts to changing business needs, conditions, and work responsibilities.
EDUCATION, LICENSES, & CERTIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree or other college experience preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Occasionally required to stand. Occasionally required to walk. Continually required to sit. Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl. Continually required to talk or hear. While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. May occasionally lift and /or move more than 30 pounds. Must be able to physically perform the essential duties of the position which include lifting 30 lbs., transporting materials, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, use of hands, balancing, walking, standing, talking, hearing, and typing.
