• Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Office Manager to lead our guest services team and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience for all visitors.

Duties Supervise front desk staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management to ensure top-tier guest service delivery Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency using multi-line phone systems and reservation software Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a positive attitude to foster guest loyalty Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly and effectively Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management review Maintain excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple lines to provide timely assistance to guests and vendors Manage guest relations by creating personalized experiences that exceed expectations in a resort or hotel environment Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong emphasis on customer service excellence Bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively Knowledge of hotel management systems, reservation platforms, and multi-line phone systems is essential Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced setting Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques Ability to handle night audit responsibilities accurately while maintaining attention to detail Previous hotel experience in resort or similar hospitality environments is highly desirable Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service and dynamic leadership.
