Customer Service/Order Entry/Shipping:
  • Provide 'first level' reception to all phone calls/e-mails into Main Office
  • Process customer orders via CSI (ERP System).
Must be able to pack, ship, and invoice/coordinate shipments through UPS/FEDEX or Truck Provide customer service on order ship dates, tracking and status of orders Manage spare parts and accessory inventory/stock levels Prepare customer quotes for parts and service Receive inbound shipments to stock General AR duties, following up on payments, reconciling accounts, monthly reporting
  • Coordinate with the Service Manager, scheduling machine installation and service at customer site
  • Process Service Reports (SRO) and maintain Dept Revenue Reports (Excel)
  • Coordinate/prepare returns to factory
