Office Administrator & Customer Relations Coordinator Location:
Phoenix, AZ Job Type:
Full-Time Position Overview A growing home improvement and construction-related company is seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator & Customer Relations Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting daily operations, maintaining customer satisfaction, coordinating project schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, field personnel, and management. Primary Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails professionally.
  • Communicate with customers regarding project status, scheduling, and updates.
  • Follow up with customers before and after site checks, service calls, and installations.
  • Schedule site checks, service calls, installations, and project appointments.
  • Maintain and update installation, service, and production calendars daily.
  • Enter and maintain customer information and job records.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as needed.
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee records.
  • Enter invoices, payments, and customer information into QuickBooks.
  • Collect customer payments and maintain payment records.
  • Track material deliveries and project readiness.
  • Support company growth initiatives and process improvements. Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of office administration experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience with QuickBooks preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Construction, home improvement, or service industry experience is a plus. Benefits
