Full Job Description Description:
The Office Manager supports the retail sales staff and branch operations staff regarding their specific duties required to meet job expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining open lines of communications with Processing and Retail departments. Work with Loan Officers and Loan Coordinators on list of pending items. This includes but is not limited to requesting LOE's for inquiries, address variations, compliance review for initial disclosures, calculating income for qualifying and assets for fund to close and reserves, review tax returns for unreimbursed expenses and/or additional real estate properties not listed on applications or income issues on self-employed borrowers. Work with Quality Control to ensure appropriate procedures are being followed. Notify Loan Officers, Loan Coordinators and Processors regarding files that are out of compliance. Train Loan Officers, Loan Coordinators and Processors how to scan, copy and document file for Underwriting approval. Assist Management in training the Loan Officers and Loan Coordinators in the paperless system and loan submission. Stack files in condition number order, scan and copy and document files for PTD conditions review. Review final approvals and notify any Loan Officers or Loan Coordinators of any PTF conditions. Work with Processors to appropriately submit all PTD and funding delays in a timely matter. Work with Processors to ensure funding conditions have been completed by Loan Coordinator or Loan Officer before docs are returned and make sure all loans close. Work with Loan Officers, Loan Coordinators and Assistants regarding varying and potential scenarios one might encounter.? Perform other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities This position supervises all branch processing and supports staff that are recruited to be part of the team.?
Requirements:
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent One (1) to Three (3) years prior Loan Processing/ Jr. Processing or Loan Set up experience in the mortgage industry is preferred? Knowledge of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and FHA/VA guidelines Knowledge of general federal and state mandated consumer disclosure requirements Familiarity with automated underwriting technology i.e., Fannie Mae Desktop Underwriter and Freddie Mac Loan Prospector?? Proficient in data entry and management Must be Familiar with
TILA / RESPA
Integrated Disclosure (TRID). Experience in the mortgage industry preferred Ability to deliver effective results Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and current automotive insurance Sound judgment and decision-making skill Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision Excellent service skills Excellent organizational skills
Travel:
As needed travel internationally between United States and Mexico to meet business needs.
Language:
