As an Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our administrative team, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for staff and clients. Responsibilities Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and document proofreading to support administrative functions Manage calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and coordinate meetings using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Handle clerical tasks such as typing correspondence, organizing files, and performing general office management duties Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with excellent phone etiquette and bilingual communication skills if applicable Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to ensure accurate financial recordkeeping Support personal assistant tasks including calendar management, travel arrangements, and task prioritization to enhance executive productivity Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Experience with AI, tech stacks Familiarity with QuickBooks is highly desirable Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service experience; bilingual abilities are a plus Previous experience in clerical work such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and managing multi-line phone systems Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Join us as an Office Manager to play a pivotal role in creating an organized, welcoming environment that supports our team's success.
